*EngagE Messenger vMail streaming video technology is comprehensively tested with most common email programs, browsers, and operating systems. However there may be specific configurations of security settings and other individual or corporate computer settings which may prevent video from playing in all cases.

By default, the EngagE Messenger vMail system retains each video for a period of 30 days. During this period, recipients can view your video message as often as they like, and you can resend existing video messages to other recipients. After 30 days, videos are deleted from the Messenger servers. Recipients who click to view your video will receive a message indicating that the video content for that email has expired. Longer video retention periods are available from voiceNow! for an additional charge.

By default, EngagE Messenger vMail will allow a maximum video duration of 60 seconds in length. Longer video lengths, either 2 minutes or 3 minutes maximum, are available from voiceNow! for an additional charge.

Banded Video and HTML stationary templates are available upon set up. The templates will incorporate your organization’s look and feel into the design, and link to appropriate web based content. voiceNow!’s creative services can create custom Video and HTML stationary templates upon request and for an additional fee.
|

|
Streaming videos delivered with vMail messages will be in either Windows Media streaming format or proprietary Messenger vMail Java streaming format, depending on the recipient’s machine. Recipients with the Microsoft Windows Media player installed will receive Windows Media format video; otherwise they will receive Java video, which requires no players or plug-ins to view. In either case, the video plays within the voiceNow! video window (i.e. the Windows Media Player console does not appear separately). Video dimensions are 160 pixels high by 120 pixels wide.
